WHAT TO EXPECT

The Healing Session

In most cases, after a brief introductory chat during which intentions for the session are set, you will begin lying fully clothed and comfortable on the couch. Cat will tune into your energy and invite your higher self into the space. She will then be guided by energies, some of which you may feel, to introduce crystals or reiki into the space. Cat may hold one or more crystals over specific parts of your body in order to alleviate pain or restore balance, or she may place crystals under or besides your body. Often, Cat will receive messages from spirit, which she will pass onto you. You may feel sensations of warmth, tingling, deep calm or the movement of subtle energies. In some cases, emotions from the past may come up for release. Whatever occurs, Cat holds a nurturing and healing space for you to heal olds wounds and release yourself from pain. About Cat

Since childhood, Cat has been aware of the energies that move alongside us within the natural world and beyond. She became ready to start honing her gifts in 2002 after a synchronistic meeting with a modern day mystic in New Zealand, who initiated Cat into the mysteries of energy healing. Since then, she has trained in Reiki, crystal therapy, flower and tree essences, colour therapy, and continued to evolve her psychic gifts.

Cat now offers Reiki, Crystals, Tarot and Oracle, Intuitive Psychic, DNA Activations, soul-retrieval, channelling, connection to spirit guides and other-worldly beings. As a starseed herself, Cat particularly enjoys reconnecting human individuals to their soul families and other kin selves. Cat will help you to remember your soul essence and reclaim your gifts.

When not with clients, Cat’s is undergoing training in Transpersonal Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London. She brings this additional knowledge and understanding into her treatments, as appropriate.
